Circus of indian Roads

Well i sometime wonder why these circus fellows riding cars bikes on indian roads ,when they need to be in circus. Why not our indian folks participate in something and win few achievements . Atleast people will see around the world . But we guys are local stuntmen .. showing stunt in a circus of Indian Road in this free country :) .

When i see the trail of ants looks so neat , chalo atleast they are better in discipline then we super species as human . On the road , left and right all the possible space we utilise (optimised space utilization process ).And leave others i wanna go first . what if sky falls down in india :) none will survive as all will block each others path :) I saw a picture of people evacuating from a place due to hurricane threat . So neatly all lined up in one queue . I wanna see one picture of we not evacuating, but in daily life :)

Now talking about the stuntmen association of indian roads , the most powerful regime is cab walas :) well uneducated people have no concern on people walking on the road , just drive with full throttle . guess they have licence to kill, but in our democratic country no one there to object their killing attitude :) what if i hit someone ? well bribe is always there to safeguard our right of driving like a maniac in freedom. I wish they in F1 track , hand in hand with Michael Schumacher or mick doohan . Sure they will bring up our countries name by being the last ;) . But atleast for god sake learn to drive on roads please , join circus or F1 circuit otherwise .

My friend in US has failed for the 4th time passing licence test :( , i feel pity on him . Where he lives man . Why cant he come down to india and without any test get the licence ( licence of killing ) . Well guess US people dont process this kind of licence where they risk the life of their own citizen .

Another regime big and costly car walas :) well they pay the higher tax and so they should be riding ahead of others having cheap cars . So if they around please leave the road and wait, let them pass . they are not meant for waiting in a trail, but to run ahead of you . They will honk please give way to them :) . Well but why the hell other part of the world even ferrari or porche or mayback guys follow the trail . Idiots they are !!! go man go ahead you got the power , win the road war . We do in india .I guess you guys dont know to drive big powerful cars :) we even though we guys ride a car like honda city , civic etc , but we have the guts to demonstrate the throttle :)

Another Regime bus walas :) hehehe the most powerful vehicle on road . Hits you you are gone :) and they use this power . Full throttle folks , government employees but no control no discipline no behaviour :) After all his feet on throttle is free , his hands on steering is free and his mouth too ( mess up u will see ) :) being a free person in free country . Other countries public transport driver so much following rules and discipline i feel pity on their freedom .

Am in taiwan presently and here roads narrow in city like india . But traffic jam?? forget it never waited anywhere in traffic . Why ?? because of discipline . All in one line noone overtaking but following a trail . let we all go to the place intended to . But in our place hehe . never seen a trail of traffic :) but only MESS of it :)

Well!! The traffic stewards , what is the use of them , to maintain a decorum ? no who says so . Its is to earn :) some advertisement came earn sitting at home . Why dont you earn standing on the road :) . Who cares, whether people learn riding in order , if they learn to ride proper how will they earn . so no please dont teach them to ride in order . As it is source of income for us. I dont know why these other country people learn earning like us :)

A planned road all the lanes bus stops defined , parking defined . Well who has time to plan roads in defined way . All marked and directed roads . Who wants, we know how to and we are more intelligent, we dont need directed roads , unlike other dumb country people . which lane to follow who are supposed to tell me ? i am from a free country whichever lane i need to i'll take :) unlike others following rules .

Pedestrians please !! why you need to be on road, thats for vehicles only , they can run you down . They have rights , not you as they have paid the road tax , not you :) . In other countries if a person crosses the road , vehicles will wait till the person crosses safely across ,they not even will come close to the person and no honking too :) guess there pedestrian also pay the road tax :) or people love others . while do this in india :) the vehicle will come close to you threatning to run you down, and honking abusing you to be on road . But we free to do all that in this free country .

When a bus at cross section takes a turn and stops at corner itself, blocking the trailing traffic to go further and jamming the cross section :) i feel proud he has freedom to park anywhere . and he is using his rights :) when a car suddenly comes and takes a steep turn to overtake you , i feel proud he is free to do whatever ( killing ) , when an auto rickshow / cab walas runs zig zag on the road i feel proud he is free and when one big car honks at me at the back , i still feel proud he is free too as he in a free land , when a person gets a licence for driving without at test , i feel proud he has right to drive, why i should object him if he wants to drive .

I feel proud to ride on circus like a clown and not being a handsome human being following rules . And i feel proud to be independent .

It was 4th of September I was off to delhi for my Non Stop Chicago Flight . I reached dalhi at 7 PM and flight was scheduled at 0015 hours American Airlines . Well It was On time And here we Go . It got airborne , The Huge machine Boeing 777 was floating on air with its huge Powerful Engine . I Selected the Flight Path on the small TV screen in front of me . Our flight was directed north east . And was on Course . I could see on screen the Day light following us at the Back to make it 5th Morning . We had been served food and snax ,and the session of movies and started was showing Swamy , Tara Rum Pam , Ocean eleven . Started watching swamy . When Movie got over I again switched to Flight Path . We were somewhere over Aral sea after crossing kabul . Daylight almost there behind us trying to catch us up . We after couple of hours were in Russia wow that’s great . Now Day light was almost winning the Race and about to overtake us ,was Grazing through the horizon . Soon after some hours we were crossing Norway . And after that it is gonna be Arctic Ocean . And we will be flying over it .Now It made a trajectory Downward , making a Plunge to US . and again We started wining the Race we Got over the day light and It was Dark again Outside .And we were far away from daylight and were flying over Green land . Suddenly there was a chill one can feel while flying over green land . Now we flying south west aligning to Final Destination Chicago . We crossed Green land ,then were heading to enter US flying over DAVIS STRAIT . And after 4 more hours Arrival was announced at Chocago . Well well we were At Chicago O'hare Airport after a smooth landing . What time was it 5:15 AM . Well Cool Started at 0015 AM on 5th September and at Delhi and at Chicago Just 5 Hours to Spare . Cool Not Bad , I LIVED A DAY LONGER THAN many individual . Cool A day of 40 Hours . And thats why i think why people come here and dont go Back.. To keep this extra hours of life , as if they go back then it will be reduced to the same amount going along negetive time line. SO LIVE EXTRA go along the time line :)

One fisherman returned back at the Coast, with a big catch of Crabs and had collected them in different Boxes based on varieties . All Containers were fully covered except one .

One person came and asked “why you not covering that container that also has crabs right ?” The fisherman said no , No need of covering that variety of Crabs . Person was surprised and in curiosity he asked “Why ? they cant walk or what ?“ . Fisherman said “ Ya they can very well walk fast like all other crabs” . Person was now more curious . He asked “Then why they no escaping from the Container ?”
The Fisherman said they are Indian variety of crabs . And they cant escape, as if one raises other will pull it down and hence no one can come out of it . And so no need of putting cover for that container .
Ya and "Chak De" was calling the same situation of our culture into a big screen . We find in it that, A TEAM comes with so many biasness . And the Biasness also is not on single layer but with multiple layers . If one gets over one layer another takes over and we cant come out of the container . And it a true fact on Indian sports or count anything for granted .
We came back from Cricket world cup why ? Not because team was weakest one . But because it was never a TEAM . We are not developing , like the way it is supposed to be ,even after 60 Long years have gone passed .. Why because we still not a Team . We Still stay in a form of different states , Where there is biasness between each other . Count any place we are not a TEAM . We play Individual game for the self benefit not for the TEAM benefit . And hence we always a loser . And nothing grows and we still there in the Run of development . With a Camouflage of “MERA BHARAT MAHAN” .
If it is true why cant we really make it instead of that feel Good Statement ? But it’s a long way and Herculean task . As there is No KABIR there .

Sports In India

What step BCCI should take ? .... Who should be blamed ?? .. Hmmm ears paining , With the news channels . Now since Indians have come back from Windies after a great shame on their face, so these kinda questionaire is at peak , all news channel .. public opinion .. and comments .. huh . tough !!!!!.
Same scenario in all the games in india , But since cricket is best game in India so axe is very hard on the player and BCCI . Hockey , Football , Shooting , athletics .. call any game . When a player performs well , what we do is, put them on sky and give him so much of fortune that he finds him/her self .. handcuffed with glitters . And finds it so hard to practice the art he /she was good at , and we loss a hero .
If you see the worldcup you will find none of the players was confident enough . Why ?? because simple reason lack of practice ( as PRACTICE ONLY MAKES A MAN PERFECT ) .. Hesitant shots , no accuracy in balling . Why ?? a team comes to play world cup without practice .. and why they didnt practice ?? as they have another business back home , then advertisement shooting then more money so more worries .. and finally a little bit practice . And result was clear .. while confidence so high among bangladesh .. we lack to perform even 20% :( .. And regional biasness also may be one of the reason,, There are many players who playing good .. But quota is devided so a good player finds it hard to find a way into team . While a failure player does it as he part of the region . Are we playing for INDIA or a regional trophy :( May be organisers can answer this .
If world cup would have been played for INDIA definitely they would have sent the best . So sports in india is finding a great difficulty .. as there is no one who plays for india . A person joins sports arena . Performs well and wins a name for country . and what we do in return ?? We fill him/her with all the fortune . From where players finds tough to come out and losses himself . name any player same is the consequence . and in process they loss their skill in the game and then fades out and hence we loss the hero . Count any athlete ?? only once will be named for great performance after there you wont hear from him / her anymore ,as the player has been lost in many other things ,than the game . And so india has no game now where it is best . we have lost all .
Where is the competitive fighting like all other country people has . Why the hell competition ? when they have so much fortune .. what difference it will make to his family . And now we have no hope in any game . And that is the basic story of all the good players, who come and go so fast . So can say our players never play for country but for ..their own good and fortune ... if it has to be changed then we need to change the structure of sports in india . make them earn with the performance and there shouldnt be any regional affection .
Play for INDIA not for regional brotherhood or for Money .

GOD

The omnipresent ,the almighty, the creator . When in trouble , when in pain we look for his help support and mercy . But now in present generation and time , I feel we becoming GOD and taking his almighty place for our own profit .
We kill in the name of GOD , but have we asked him if he happy with that ? No actually we using his beautiful name for some heinous crime like killing etc . He must be seeing it and crying somewhere . Once If you want a business run use GODs name and you will see the business doing great profit . And now what we doing is, using his name as Brand and selling it off for personal profit .
Huh!! I have seen marriages promising in front of GOD ,and running away from it when benefit on the other side . Spitting at his almighty’s Holy name and promises made in front of him . What is it that we doing ? where is god then ? We use his name for security for the promises we make .So that is our God doing at present time ,where we living in “ security for our personal Goals fooling others” .
Another thing God sits at temple run by administration for their own benefits, as it is the best and zero capita business that runs with 100% profit and non taxable too . So Where is this omnipresent. Hiding inside temple waiting for their master to allow them so that they can see poor people?
He the creator he made us all , he the alpha and the omega .
But then why there are Religion then ?
why there is division among people ?
Why there is hierarchy among us ?
when the creator is same why there is people with division ?
May be there are many creator for us ?
ok but then why we look the same ?
two legs two hands etc etc ??
So all I can understand again this division is not because of GOD but because of us only for our own regional and personal benefits .
All I can say that GOD is one and only one , but we trying to imagine him and for that made some shape , name and sizes from nature . As trusting a void is something very funny and people didn’t like and appreciate . So in course of civilization they have made some shapes for the security for their region and locality . And started praying to those , and thus came different name and shapes emerging from different areas .
But why was it necessary to give a shape to GOD or for existence of superpower ?
It can also be answered as follows .
long time when there is disaster or plague we used to point it to some evil spirit doing the act . So notion was there for black and evil and to fight that evil erection of shapes of supernatural was required and so came shapes ,like even now we do erect some shape when building house to fight evil . and we started worship those when in crisis . And those Got power and names of GOD .
But ultimately God is omnipresent right ?
He not in shapes or sizes or in temple.. but he is all over .
Now we human are more powerful than GOD , We now at driver seat . using his name and making people fight for some political benefit and killing GODs own creation .
Well what you say to it ?
We GOD or GOD is just a name that remained, that we use for benefits for deceiving other for money for material . Well don’t know what omnipresent feels now , must be crying as his creation is lost and spitting and playing with his name for personal benefits .
So from local to global everywhere I find he is been a “security bearer” only for some of them who wants benefit .
We when talking to friends will make some promise “ telling GODs promise I’ll do it” . and since god there so other will accept , while at the next moment he will deceive spitting at his name(even when we behave great believer and bow at temples) ,as god doesn’t have a law suite to defend tempering of his laws and promises . May be he can after life , but who cares as long as I become a millionaire no issue let him not interfere . We literary spit on his name everyday , but if someone say anything against his name . they can kill for That . Such an irony it is .
We kill for a monument but forget that GOD is same , Its obviously not for GODs name that we fighting but for some politics and many other hidden benefits . We kill for slaughtering of some animals , but the same time these animals not respected when they walk around in locality .
So what are we doing ?
using his name for our benefits and exposure in politics ?
When a player becomes a big shot in sports we tell that she wearing not proper dress against religion . I guess she had been there in court from childhood . Nobody noticed .
So what are we now GOD ?
We taking over him day by day , we making rules on his name ? we becoming GOD I guess .
Then where is the GOD the omnipresent? I have no idea ? but definitely he not happy with his creation .

Who blames Colas

Well sleepless night!!!! that too for some muddy water which tastes sweet ..Huh . Sounds funny ..........
Well yesterday when i went back to my hotel room , tired of the work and journey. Thought will relax in SPA , after nice steam bath came to room and was seeing news about what happened to the first one dayer between SL and IND .
Wow Breaking news .. ' Water near beach at mumbai has become sweet ' huh may the Pepsi and Colas people have drained their Fertiliser waste to the sea :) ' . And irony is that thousands and thousand people have gathered from in around the city to taste the water :( 'Yuk' ..
when i saw the water in TV it was none less than the one you get out of drainage of a toilet :( .. why these people dont taste the water drained out of their own loo . and gather up neighbours also to taste ....It must be sweet of may be diffrent than how water taste normally :)
Gathering up of such a huge mass may also be because they may not have tasted sweet thing ever :) May be ration supply of sugar in mumbai is not proper , So to taste a sweet liquid people went running to the beach :)
Here I pity poor Colas people for selling sweet fertiliser too , why they have been cursed for selling those items telling, the content of fertiliser is more than limit :( ... I guess people in india love sweet drinks... as has been proved by mumbai people ( having a sweet liquid which is neither sterile or who knows may be 100% fertiliser only ) .. Colas are better off than that ...
God is everywhere ............. even in sea water in mumbai as it became sweet .. so it is in colas as its sweet ..... Please Dont Blame Colas ..

Where is the freedom

15th august I remember those who died for our freedom :--
and pity them at the same time , thatwe still have to be independent , while we still been ruled by the same old rulers who have huge power to suppress we people .
Why there is different rules for two different people . A person does a crime has many criminal offences against him , But he in government and in power . While a good student applies for passport and other things ..Police comes to check whether the person is good or not or any offenses against him . Hope they don’t ask these if a criminal politician applies .
Why when a person slogs night out to become successful person has less power than a politician who is less educated than him and hasn’t toiled much to become successful , only must have participated in some crime etc .
Why educational eligible criteria there for all educated people , but those don’t have who hold the most powerful posts , because of which even after 50+ years of freedom we still there where we started .
When a company hires most educated experienced people to plan for a small industry , how can people unexperienced and with less educational profile can plan an industry called INDIA to make it grow .
And why there is so many parties to contest the election if number increases like this , then one day government will be there for 1 day only because of coalition crisis . There should be maximum 2 parties and they should run independent government, without any coalition .. to plan free and to think for the nation not for the coalition partners .

We make each other fight for our own profit . Why cant we breath free even if we have a 15th August , as what we proclaim as independence day . Nobody is free everyone fears .
When I child comes in this free country , he comes with a fear factor called insecurity . as what when he grows up . He grows up and feels insecured as no jobs , no good quality of education anywhere if you cant pay . when I Joined IIT KGP our final year seniors used to pay 512 Rs / Sem , when we joined they removed the subsidy telling a concept called “BRAIN DRAIN” . For us it was 16000 Rs/Sem . So there is money for good quality education .. not for poor promising students .
They planned to put hold on autonomous body like IITs IIMs . When there was no need of that . They are doing great and providing great people for Nation . Where is the necessity for this . May be to facilitate corruption in these great places too .
Why there is requirement of IITs IIMs everywhere like any other engineering college . Let these places be for cream layers only and be there where they are now . Else you can declare all the Engineering colleges and MBA colleges as IIT and IIM , if your intention is to make each and everyone as IITIAN AND IIM J
What we did in the 50+ years of independence ??? nothing ?? Having huge manpower , huge knowledge , huge resource . Where are we ?? no proper road , not enough electricity , not enough Job . Infra structure still there where britishers had left except some few place where there powerfull people lives ( Metros , Cities) .
People being exploited by wrong delegation of power , in this so called democratic nation .
So think once before you going to hoist our national flag , “HAMARA BHARAT MAHAN” . is this statement is for feel good or means anything ?? Do you think martyrs wasted their life for some opportunists and only to be remembered in history books ?? and do you think India should be at present state after 50+ years of independence or something like other asian countries .

Funny thing happens .

Today the 3rd July 2006 , I had been busy in an ERP implementation in Jallandhar . Yesteday night had huge data upload for master Data , came back to Hotel (Country Inn ) at 4 am in Morning .
Slept Got up at 9 AM , and went for breakfast at 10 PM , In the table in front of mine was a gorgeous girl having breakfast . She looked around 17 - 18 years old girl . On second thought she looked familiar to me . One women next to her was instructing her regarding something .. Guess her mom . SHe also was goood , and was letching at me . Well ok no problems if not daughter than mom ...no problems . I also started taking glance at her in between my breakfast . She was wearing a skirt and frock . and daughter was in Long skirt and top laced at the back , with nicely shaped cleavage, and it was served so round that nothing on earth could be that round i guess .
Well anyways thing went on i finished breakfast tried recalling who the girl is , then i guessed she looks like Tanushree Datta . Well ya she does look like her . Wow thats cool seeing a beautiful lady . And she was staying in the Hotel in the same lobby as mine . Huh wow felt lucky to s ee a nice beautiful girls face, that too the first person of the day .
Well breakfast over and i had to take the waiting taxi to go to the work place , So i started they also started the same time . For her a Merc black color was waiting and for me some sumo taxi , me and tanushree datta similar look girl were standing next to each other at hotel portico and it Was raining heavily outside . Our vehicle came and i started for office.
I reached office and saw a news paper advertisement , telling some dance show organised in city and the main atraction is Tanushree Datta . Well She when waiting for taxi was standing next to me .. heheheheh .. and staying next to my hotel room .. .... Well cool nice way to begin a Day ..

Rang De Basanti

When i was a kid my teachers n parents used to tell me stories and at the end they used to ask me , what is the moral of the the story . Well days are gone when our teachers and parents have set a thought proces in us. So to enable us to use the words like 'HOW ' WHY' or to reason .
Days are gone we in 21st century, fast age , fast food , everything fast . Who the hell has time to look back or reason . Andthe time we have free .. goes with TV , partying and dating and in n numbers of entertainment we have today . where is the thought process ? Now all inputs to a personality building is artificial ... from media . NO one is interested in thinking .. just fun fun and loads of it .
Have seen people emptying one full bottle of beer in one gulp .. like aamir in rang de basanti , but where is the bhagat singh ?? think the bhagat singh is flirting somewhere , partying , smoking , dating , having fun and pleaure . Thing that glitters they follow .
There wasnt SMS , MMS , EMAIL , mobiles , but they had organised so many plans to unite and to fight with britishers . Now we are one touch away from anyone and everyone but not united . Where are we ?? Can we still bring out a revolution like way our martyrs did ? I think we not capable . We are flock of sheep going in unidirection without knowing where ..
We fighting with each other , in the name of religion , cast , and so many other issues while politicians getting benifitted . Where are we .. ? lost in the game of partying ????
There is a race called HUMAN , been devided in religion and culture by geographic location and tradition . It used to be localised as no means of tranport . So culture and religion came up . But now we are mixing with all the tradition and culture as we can go anywhere . There is no biological difference between human race . Means creator is one only belief is different . God is one names is different . Why not we are different in shape and structure if Creator is different ?

Unite youth of india .. be ethincal to your relationship . Be a good human being . Love yourself and one another , india needs you . Though britishers bondage gone buit we still in it by some other rulers . Been exploited for their benifits . 60 years gone after freedom but we are there only , where we had been in development . Think about it .
People wasting life commiting suicide , for girl friend who betrayed , or for not pasing or for some exploits of politicians . Why not use this life for the cause .dont waste it . do good for everyone .
Dont you feel ??..... there should be ammendment in constitution on rulling body .. dont you think ?? there should be minimum qualification for administration than being gundas / dadas and influencing people to vote with threat. And using unemployed , illiterate people as their power . Dont you think?? they should be liable to laws than being suprimos in india . Dont you think??? that we strugle and put our gut out to become a good professionals but these people earning more power and money by just being gundas. INstead of fighting exploits by these people , fight the cause .
India needs another revolution ... But youths are no where there ... Lost with themselves ...

The wall of division

Went to Wagga border yesterday , it was hot summer day waiting for beating Retreat at a temperature of 47 degrees along with more than 10000 crowd . There was a joy in people waiting to see this , saying slogans like hindustan jindabad etc etc .
What is difference between the human being this and that side , if both are human then why there is a gate seperating them . What is this feeling and emotion that makes wall among people . For me this kind of emotion is hard to understand . Being together for long and suddenly something happens ,and you face your back from other . what is this feeling ??
How can there be a wall between two brothers of same blood ? I heard this somewhere , human is more intelligent than any other animal or living things . Think they degrading themselves from having called intelligent . Now Human is more oriented towards .. sex , money , ego , and destructive entertainment . Too busy to think what they are and what they want .
There is no one who is humble to follow the Gods word 'IF SOMEONE SLAPS ON YOUR LEFT CHEEK , GIVE HIM RIGHT TOO ' . All the solution to a problem these days is followed by destruction only . Why cant they talk it out .
There is a wall 'WAGHA BORDER' , there is a wall 'RELIGION' , there is wall 'AT FAMILIES' and there is a wall ' INSIDE HUMAN'.
May be some people or external factor is causing all that . But listen to your innerselves and Come out and break the wall , and lets call ourselves human . Just need to be humble to do all that . Start saying sorry to each and everyone leaving your ego , hate etc behind . See how beautiful is the world . Lets not destruct such a wonderful and beautiful creation 'OUR WORLD '.
JUST BE GOOD TO YOU AND YOURSELVES . And allign the same energy that you carrying for destruction into construction . And Lets BREAK THE WALL .

Reservation a Concept

Hi all .. when entire India is burning with this fire , wanna put some idea forward . What is a Reservation ?? . As we know Ambedkar fought for the underprevieledged, socially discarded people . To Bring then to a good position.
Underprevieledged means a person who cant afford to avail resources to get on with the competition we have these days . But if a person has all the resourse , then why he / she has to be given reservation . May be this way even the community having RESERVATION is suffering , who need it really as they are not able . While the Reservation been cherished by some people who are well off.
And other people who suffering are general people who really has to struggle if they have only 73% seat to compete on among such a large number .
So who will get benifited by this reservation ? Not the one for whom its meant to be but , some rich , able reserved community .
This Reservation should still be for only backwards but not on community basis but , make some mechanism to identify really who are backward now , and not able and underprevieledged. .
And this is the basic taste of the reservation Sir ambedkar fought for , Now relished by not the needy but rich reserved community who are able .

IT SHOULD BE FOR UNDERPREVIELEDGED ONLY ...... hope this message reaches to each and everyone . As it is not helping even to those for whom its meant . Think over ... Its a simple thumbrule policy to be followed if reservation has to reach the needy ....

Well people come people go , but there are some people who go and leave a scar in you , which keeps bleeding . Above all some go without telling why did they go . Leaving 1000s of question why did they go . And life messes up finding answer to that . For some people its so easy to leave people that they leave for even a small things which may not value a penny .
Relationship become so cheap these days , human values have gone down . Even if i had been with a person for ages , but sometimes leave like a garbage . Which once thrown one doesnt bother to look at , if everything fine with him or not .
Human has become modern and smart , leaving the basic character of being human i.e. Love , sympathy , ethics , social , etc etc . These words now resides in Books . Before that people used to be happy now they try to look happy .
people look inside yourself , and find out what you are and what you have become . look at the stars how beautiful god has made you . You also has to shine and be beautiful ... but who has time to think on these . ..... .. some people cry with god .. how great were though art ... spoilt by people ...
